Varying on what you need from your Yoga practice, Denise can lead you through an exploration of a powerful vinyasa flow or a deeply calming and soothing, therapeutic restorative session. No matter what age or background there is a practice that can be tailored to your needs and help alleviate any unwanted symptoms that may be keeping you from being your best and brightest each day.

My Approach

Yoga creates space to connect deeply and expand awareness. This expansion and connection occur on many levels, some of which are physical, mental and spiritual. Being a professional dancer for many years, I sought out a way to maintain balance and prevent injury throughout my body. Then I found Yoga. Practicing Yoga creates a deeper strength and awareness of my physical form and so much more. Little did I know that all of the work on the mat soon directly affected the way I navigated the rest of my day. This practice brings one closer to their true self and the natural world surrounding them. In simple words: Yoga transforms. By working on a individual basis and taking a closer lens to your practice, Denise creates Yoga that is best suited to You. By looking holisitcally at the individual, Denise uses the tools of yoga that include but are not limited to: breathwork, asana, visualization and chanting to create a practice that nourishes your particular needs. Your body will complete each practice with a smile. Whatever you intend for your life, Denise would like to guide you to that place and share the gifts she has received through the science and art of Yoga.
